The Cheesecake Factory at Queens Center Mall.
Putting on the final touches.

The area (Elmhurst/Rego Park) is not only known for the many malls (Queens Center, Queens Place,
Rego Center part 1 & 2) but also for restaurants/fast foods!

In Queens Center there is a Food Court  (KFC, McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, Sbarro, Panda Express, Boc Boc
Chicken Delicious, Noodle House, Charleys Philly Steaks, Sarku Japan, Big Easy Cajun, Chipotle Mexican Grill,
Crepes Celestes and Be Leaf, & Kido Sushi plus other "snacks/sweets" throughout the mall.  (Five Guys,
Ranch One, a shrimp place and a Cuban food joint did not last long!  Nathan's and Taco Bell and other eateries
were once part of the lineup in the Food Court.)  There is also an Applebee's, Shake Shack and now
The Cheesecake Factory.

Across the street from Queens Center there is a Joe's Crab Shack (closed 08/2017), LongHorn Steakhouse and
Olive Garden!

In Queens Place, there is a Red Lobster and Outback Steakhouse.  Not too far from Queens Place is Georgia Diner.

In Rego Center Mall there is Dallas BBQ and Miller's Ale House plus Panera Bread, Subway and Chipotle (coming soon).
(Five Guys and Moe's Southwest Grill did not last long!)

And on Queens Blvd, within walking distance from each mall,  there are many other restaurants/fast food.

Who has to cook?

Update, July 4, 2020 - Let me see if I get the list right.  Gone from the food court are Big Easy Cajun, and Crepes
Celestes and Be Leaf.  Firehouse Subs replaced Ranch 1 but didn't last long.  Don't know what is going on in the
Food Court since the "shelter in place" began in March.  Outback in the Queens Place Mall closed down but I
cannot remember when.  Chipotle did open in Rego Center Mall 2.   Georgia Diner moved to another location a few
blocks away.

(An Ikea will be coming soon to the location where Sears once occupied, what I call Rego Center Mall 1.)

What will happen to many restaurants who could only open for take out during the "shelter in place"?
A beautiful sunrise.  Left - Auto setting.  Right - Sunset setting.  Which do you prefer? There is no "sunrise" setting!
