2016 Cruise, Page C, Grand Turk

August 11th - Grand Turk

We joined other passengers and hired a taxi van to give us a tour of Grand Turk.
Not much to see.  Lots of donkeys.  No fruit trees?   Dusty in some areas as cars passed us.
The island has many beautiful beaches!!  We arrived at noon and left at 6 p.m.

A Dominican woman told us she sends her children back to DR when there is no school in
the summer months because there is nothing much for children to do on the island.
The Glory?
