Fulton Street, Brooklyn. The black and white photo was taken in November 1979 while the color photo was taken in December 1979. Fulton Street no longer looks anything like this. It is now considered a pedestrian mall, which limits the type of vehicles that can drive on the street. This allows shoppers to cross the street freely as they shop. |
