On August 25, 2007, we went to North Stonington, Connecticut to enjoy this Pow Wow. There was dance, music, vendors, food, etc. The competitions were coordinated by the Native Americans who own Foxwoods Casino. The announcer stated that 46 of the 48 continuous states were represented. Not represented were Delaware & W. Virginia. It was a fun day even though the photos below may not be that good. For more information click here. On August 31st, I found out that Biss Tours will close down operations until further notice! Bad news!! |
