Views From 86th Floor of Empire State Building - Page CCC

On August 30, 2010, I decided to visit the 86th Floor Observatory Deck of the Empire State Building.    
It was a very hot, sunny day.  The sun was blinding.  For a few more bucks, one can go to the
102nd Floor.  The building opened on May 1, 1931.  For more information, please click
