Graffiti, artwork on trucks and a poster - Page DDD

What exactly is graffiti?  Is it art?  Is it vandalism?  You be the judge.  Below, you will find photos of graffiti I have
seen as I travel around the city.  I will also try to post posters I find to be peculiar, humorous, etc.  Enjoy!
The front of the truck.  Parking lot between 92 and 94 Streets on 59th Avenue

The buildings that can be seen from the 90th Street station appear to be canvases
for the graffiti artists/vandals.
Poster seen on the walls of many subway stations!

The other side of truck.
This and the following 3 photos are from the same truck.   So far all trucks
photographed are parked in the Central Parking System lot on 59th Ave,
between 92 & 94 Streets. (Update - Lot closed in July 2013.)
 (Update, June 16, 2020:
Lot became 3 restaurants - Longhorns, Olive Garden and Joe's Crab Shack.
Crab Shack closed down and eventually replaced by Queens Beer House.)

Another truck that was parked in the lot next to JC Penney, between 92 and 94 Streets.
This view can be seen from the Junction Blvd. station of the #7 train.

These photos were taken on Broadway, Long Island City.
The two tires are NOT on the truck.  Parked on Broadway
Truck parked in gas station on the corner of College Point Blvd.
and Roosevelt Ave., Flushing.
It appears that the designs are being changed.  With or without permission?
This design is now Mane below.  See 8/1/2011 photo.
This was previously a different design.  See 9/23 photo above.

Photos taken on 08/01/11.  Both trucks parked in the lot at 92nd Street and 59th Avenue, next to Queens Center Mall.
