Have you ever seen the movie "The Wiz" with Diana Ross and Michael Jackson? Parts of the movie were filmed in Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Some of the scenes took place in the towers (there are 3 towers) and the circular building. A building next to the shortest tower is used as a theater. |

On our way back to New York City, the bus broke down. We had just left the rest stop. We had to wait about 1/2 hour for a replacement bus. This is the first time this has happened. The traffic into the Lincoln Tunnel was awful. We got to see some of the fireworks as we drove uptown in New York City. |
